I could not understand where to enter speeding or red light tickets in online application for citizenship.

Appreciate any input.

Is it good place in online application for Red Light tickets/speeding tickets:

 

Moral Character<Crimes and offences

Have you EVER committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit, a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?

Check question 23 for paper form - Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason?

That cited part is for the tickets I believe. For any questions from 23 to 28, if you answer yes then there is a table on page 14 that needs to be filled up. Now is for paper form and your question relates to online filing but find if there a question which asks about citations in online form and if it doesn't exist anymore then why bother putting those details?

Okay- Online I answered Yes for question 23 for traffic tickets. I did not live in all states where I got tickets.

I had one driving record report which I attached. Do I need to get driving records from all states from where I got traffic tickets(even the ones where I did not live)? If yes - how do I approach the states where I did not live.

If the fine was below $500, you don't need to provide documentation, as the instructions for the N-400 tell you.

The instructions apply to the online N-400 as well...
