H1B Approved, but H4 EAD will depends on H4 extension? or it can be approved well before H4 extn gets approve.

I had applied for H1b extension in normal first and then converted to premium, before my H1B extension approve, I applied for H4 extension and H4 EAD both.

Now my H1B approved, but H4 extension and H4 EAD still in progress.

Question is that now a days h4 extension takes long time, so till H4 extension approved my H4 EAD will not be applied?

it meas first h4 extension has to be approved and then only h4 EAD approved?

OR

As my h1b already approved, H4 EAD can be approved with out waiting for the H4 extension approval.
