bujju
My H1B denied after receiving RFE once. Reason- Employee Employer relationship, Speciality occupation- California service center- no end client letter- i140 approved-10th year H1- I94 expired Now my employer applying again, as I got new evidence like Master Service agreement, email from client, other docs from end client. Do you think my petition will have weight, and will they consider at all- it will go to Vermont this time. Link to comment
sathi1985
what documents your attorney submitted for rfe..... if ur i94 is expired, how can u apply again? Link to comment
shilpi89
Your extension is denied, and I94 expired. Even you plan to reapply h1b extension with more supporting documents, you must leave the country(as per rule) and attend the consulate interview if the new H1b approved. Link to comment
bujju
For RFE , we submitted photos, emails between me and my client manager, new vendor letter but now we have MSA, email from client saying they do not provide client letters. I wish i submitted these as RFE response. Link to comment
bujju
Thank you Sathi and Shilpi, I understand i must leave the country, but its not easy as you know with family to leave immediately. anyway I am waiting for my new H1B, and other family commitments. once my H1B is approved, i plan to go. But my question is will they consider my new h1B with new evidence. did anyone go through the same before. Link to comment
