Letter of Recommendations for EB1

I did my PhD in 2015 in genetics and developmental biology and my company is planning to apply green card for me in EB1 category.

What is recommended? Getting LORs from different places or getting multiple LORs from one place.

How many LORs will be sufficient?

Please let me know if there is some other information that can be helpful.
