buzzme123
I did my masters here in US back in 2008, Currently I'm on H-1B extension, responded to RFE this week, worst case planning to do another Masters if in case RFE got denied to maintain the status. Got University Admission for Day-1 CPT. My current I-94 and H-1B is expiring on Feb-02-2018.Please guide me on what is the process of converting status from H-1B to F1. Also, based on my i-94 expiry date, when do you think i can submit i-539 form for COS? Link to comment
JoeF
That would be abuse of CPT. It would kill your future in the US. Stay away from that fraud "university." Real universities pretty much never issue CPT from day one. Link to comment
