Unbelievable Posted December 2, 2017 Report Share Posted December 2, 2017 Hi, My attorney sent my RFE documents to uscis yesterday (Thursday) with overnight shipping, today (Friday) is the last day to reach there. But UPS didn’t delivered the package because of the flight delay. So it will be delivered by tomorrow morning which is Saturday. Do they process my file as it’s weekend or do they reject to process?
