Does Distance PGDIT can be considered as Master's degree

Hi Experts,

My current amendment is in progress but looking at the trend for education, I may get an RFE.

I am having 22+ yrs of experience in IT only, B.Sc Physics, Have done a 2 yrs Diploma from NIIT and have done a PGDIT from Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning.

Just curious to know if PGDIT from Symbiosis Distance Learning is considered by USCIS as master's degree?

Does anyone know this?

I think they might not consider distance education as Masters.Please check with an attorney on this.
