lavinan Posted November 27, 2017 Report Share Posted November 27, 2017 Hi, Need your assistance, my company will be filing prevailing wage determination (PWD) in Dec 2017, I am hoping to get the PERM filed around February-March. My Question 1. I will be completing H1B by Aug 10, I have almost 3 months of stay, Will I be getting my labour & I140 extension? 2. My 6th year of H1B is expiring Aug 2018, as per law I will have to go back to my home country if I don't have my green card process pending perm 365 days , the question is will I be able to work for this same company staying in India until they file for my new H1b.
