I applied for H1 for my wife this year 2017 and got picked up in lottery and case is still pending. We have to travel to India for an occasion. Is it safe for my wife to travel with me or this travel will affect my wife's H1 case? Also if she is able to travel, can she come back with H4 status? Link to comment
