Please clarify Scenario: Company A filed I140 and approved in 2014. Relocated to different city within same company and same job function in 2017. H1b amendment is approved after location change, but Perm hasn’t been filed yet. Can I switch to company B in current location without getting perm And i140 re-filed for new location in company A?
