H4 EAD stamping - After converting from H1B visa

Hello,

My wife has been working in USA since 2014 on H1 B and now recently converted to H4 and got EAD for wider career opportunities. She plans on attending a Visa interview/dropbox in Hyd, India later this year.

1.Is she eligible for DropBox?

2.What is the stamping process for H4 after converting from H1? Any additional documentation necessary?

3. Would it matter that she converted to H4(EAD) and working since she received her EAD??
4. does she have to submit her paystubs at the time of interview or dropbox as she is working?

Has anyone been in situation? We are interested to learn about your experience. Any information would help!
