Visa stamping during h1b amendment is in progress

Hi,

I will be submitting my relocation amendment on the week of August 21st,2017. I want to travel to India in October and go for stamping due to my visa extension. Is it possible to go for visa stamping with amendment receipt notice ? Will there a possibility of visa rejection?

Amendment has to be approved . You will not get the visa approved. You might get a denial.
