Hi,

We are an IT Recruitment firm (partnership firm) with 50+ employees based out in Bangalore (HQ) providing services to major MNC's across India/Singapore/Malaysia/USA.

As some of our USA clients requested to open an LLC, we have registered LLC partnership firm in 2016 May in Delaware state and has decent income. To serve our clients in better way we are planning to start the operations by opening an office either in 2017 or early 2018. Partners are same in both Indian firm & USA LLC as well. Both the partners has past working experience in USA on H1B & L1 visa.

Can we with capacity as partners can avail L1A visa to setup the office and start the operations or initially B1 is better option.

This may work for L-1 purposes. The point of the new office provisions is to give the company some time to get the company fully staffed and operational.
