L1 Clarifications

Dear Murphy Law Firm,

I have a questions on my Visas. I came to US on May 2017 for the first time. 

My I-94 expires on 12/24/2018.

My Visa expires on 03/23/2020.

PED on 12/14/2018.

I am planning to go to India on May 2018 and will be back to US on the same month. My family (Wife + 2 Kids) are planning to travel on Jan 2019 from India to US. Is that possible to travel on Jan 2019 or is there any problem they will face in Port of Entry.
