My current I94 is valid until 9/30. 1. Will I be able to continue to work and stay until current i94 validity? 2. What are the options available to me/my employer ex. appeals etc 3. Currently premium processing is on hold. However, when my h1 extension was filed, it was in premium. Will any next steps such as appeal go through premium? Link to comment
