I had a fresh H1 B visa issued(stamped in my passport) in Aug 2012 back in India , but never used as I could not travel due to personal reasons. Now that I am in US , Can i transfer that H1 B visa to my future employer and if so how long would it be valid ? What is the process involved? Any advice on this matter would be deeply appreciated.
