Which city to pick while going to Canada for stamping?

Hi,

I've been working in Phoenix(AZ) for last 4 & half years on L1B visa. My employer has got an H1B approved for me. I had not ask for activation while applying. Now it's time for me to get my H1B stamped and activated.

My lawyers said it's OK if I go to Canada to get the stamping.

Which city would you recommend for ease of H1B stamping? How many days of stay should I plan for?
