The only way to know about the status is through the attorneys, or if have an account, then through the ICERT portal. By the way ICERT portal shows that the PERM processing time is May 2011 (as of 8/22/2011). I am hoping that this will be updated by next weekend to get a better picture on how long the wait is going to be. Link to comment
