Last year the insurance declined my LTD benefits and put me on Leave of Absence working part time about 20-30 hours per week. I have an amendment on my H1B for the part time status. I am considering moving to another state for warmer weather and accepting position with regular work hours and reduced job duties. - Will I qualify for the compelling circumstances clause for the EAD. How will it impact my current H1B status. -Can I keep renewing my EAD based on compelling circumstances even though I start working full time. - How will my Green Card application be impacted (EB2- Priority Jan 2010).
