Krimjhim Posted September 13, 2016 Report Share Posted September 13, 2016 Hi, I spent 6 years on H1 B and 1 year on H4 till 2012 and went back to India in Dec end 2012 My husband spent 6 years on H1 B till Dec end 2012 and we travelled back to India. we then came back to US in Nov 2015 end. my husband came on a fresh H1 B and I came as a dependent ( on H4) this time. We have not started any GC processing yet. Am I eligible to apply for EAD based on my proir 6 years of H1 stay. What is the criteria to apply . Plz advise thanks Rimjhim Link to comment
