My parents. reached US on Feb 28.2020 and they have received a I94 date for 6 month. The supposed to go back with in 3 months, but. return travel extended three times due to corona virus flight cancellation. After 6 months (I-94 date) They have applied for 30 days extension and left USA in the evacuation flight. Today we received a i-797C Notice of action to appear in the local USCIS ASC. They have already reached India with in that extension period. In this case. how we can proceed and reply to USCIS?

Hi, I found a DOB mismatch in my birth certificate(correct) and other documents(passport, visa , SSN and DL). Now i am going to a visa extension and I would like to correct my DOB in my passport, visa ,SSL and DL. I have already started the process to change DOB in my passport. Below are my queries 1. What are document required to correct my H1B visa (i797) 2. Do I need to wait for visa approval to correct my SSN and DL date of birth? 3.
