Hi All,I had changed jobs 1 year after filling I-485 (so essentially took advantage of AC21 rule). However my new employer has a policy of only providing 485J when you get an RFE or get called for interview.But fortunately 485 got approved directly (last week) without RFE or interview.- 485 filed Dec 2020- Changed jobs Jan 2022- 485 approved June 2022 (without filling 485J) new employer has a policy of not proving 485J without an RFE or interview request.Question ----- Do I need to and can I submit 485 J now? - Can not submitting 485J create any issues during naturalization process?Thanks,
