Hi, My Wife is working on H4EAD with Company A. She also got an offer from Company B to work on H4EAD also Company B filed H1 for her. Today she got her H1 Approved from company B. We have a few questions : 1. Can she work with Both the companies on H4EAD, even though her H1 is approved and valid starting 11/30/2021 2. What is her current status? Is she on H4 or H1 as her H1 got approved and valid starting 11/30/2021 3. Her current H4 and H4EAD are valid until Jul 2022, can she work on h4 EAD until it expires? 4. Can she switch to H1 later (if not using it for now) once H4 Expires? Thanks in advance.
