Hi, I am planing to attend H1b visa interview in Tijuana, Mexico. But now from Tijuana consulate not accepting visa fee payment using credit cards. The only option is go to Citi Banamex bank or Scotiabank. But these banks does not have any branches in USA. So how to pay visa fee now? Please advise. ******************************************* Effective August 29, 2017, the ACS will no longer be able to accept credit card payments for non-immigrant visa application fees.
