Hello All, My H1B expires on 06/10, while my PERM with PD 09/23 is still pending, there is no update whatsoever. Considering the extreme covid-19 wave in India, traveling is not very safe. What are some options to extend my stay for a few months? I don't mind leaving the US once the cases start decreasing. I appreciate all your help and comments. Thanks.

Hello All, I am on an H1B visa, I live in NY. Since March I've been working from home due to the current pandemic. My girlfriend lives in Ohio, she recently fell and hurt her knee. I am planning to visit and stay in Ohio for 3 weeks and then return to NY. I've informed my boss about this, and he is fine. Since I am on H1B, I wanted to ask if we are allowed to work remotely from non-home location. Thanks.
