Hi , Recently Canadian government opened special work permit or h1b candidates residing in USA. Seeing this opportunity many people applied if they are satisfying the criteria. i have couple of questions which needs to be clear. if H1B Candidate accepted the Canadian work permit but doesn't goto Canada , then can there be an issue for my h1b renewal in future? Considering h1b candidate applied as a backup plan incase if he loose his job in future in USA. 2. what if he utilizes work permit partially and then return to USA again after some time. would that create a problem at port of entry, or can he enter on H1B again considering it’s still active? 3. Can he return to US in future if h1b visa stamping is still active or once he accepts Canadian workpermit h1b visa is no longer valid. Thanks.
