    Hello Guys, I am in same boat..i have filed I-290B appeal on Sep 3rd 2014 and on nov 5th i saw change of case status on old receipt as your I-129 has been reopened...last week on thursday i.e on Nov 27th i saw an update on case status on New receipt as your I-290B has been approved and we will mail your approval notice... What does this indicates?..
