    I have my I-140 approved from previous employer however since I switched to new employer they have started PERM process again. My question is - Can I go for visa stamping while PERM is pending for approval?

    I had my H1B visa till 09/12/2022 from previous employer and my spouse also has H4 visa stamping till same date. However now I have new my H1B visa from new employer valid till 06/24/2024. My spouse is planning to visit India in July 2022. My question is, can she go for Dropbox visa stamping or in-person visa stamping based on new valid I-797 before earlier visa stamping expired (before Sept 2022)?

    How did you submit your application - online or paper? If paper, check with mailing service if it is delivered to USCIS. If you haven't received receipt number yet then try calling USCIS at 800-375-5283 options 1122# . Primary applicant has to available while on call, it may take 20-30 mins wait time. Try call in morning time. If you don't get satisfactory answer, ask for tier 2 officer.

    Hi All, My wife and daughter traveled to India in Jan 2020 and due to COVID19 situation they haven't been able to come back to US yet. My wife is on H4 visa (stamped in Jan 2020 and valid till Sept 2022, she also has H4 EAD) and daughter is US citizen. Now that we have new executive order on work visa entry limitation to US, how much will it impact H4 visa holder entering into US? Can my wife enter into US without any issue? Is she need to do any other formality to enter into US? Thank you!

    My current H1B valid till Sept 2019 and new one (which is approved recently) is valid from Sept 2019 to sept 2022. My question is - how will be my I-94 number update? Currently it is valid till Sept 2019 only. Will it automatically update after Sept 2019? FYI my recent I94 number and I94 number on new H1B approval notice (I-797A) is the same. The new I-94 is require for my Texas DL extension and other legal purpose. Appreciate your reply.
