    hi, I've filled in DS-160 form and used the application ID and paid the MRV fee for Visa interview. But the DS-160 form is now not accessible since it was not accessed since 30 days. Does the MRV fee application get wasted? Can i open new DS-160 and update use the same MRV fee receipt to book the interview? Thank you!

    If Visa is expiring can you apply I-539? it needs stamping correct? I though I-539 is used for extension only if we have valid visa.
