Hi,I received my EAD 2 months back.But my 485 case is still pending like " Finger Print fee received" since April 2021 and did not move.My wife (dependent) has biometrics update problems and now re-scheduled again next month.Is that impacting my 485 approval? I mean until my wife's biometrics is done, won't my 485 case progress?

Hi, 1) I have an INDIAN Passport and have a valid H1B US visa for next 1 year till July 2020. I am planning to visit India in Dec 2019. If i take British Air(flight) which makes a stopover in London(LHR); Do i need to have UK transit Visa? 2) If i still need UK Transit Visa, can i apply at London Airport (LHR) or i should take it while in US?

Hi, I am on H1B filling out the i765 form applying for EAD. What should i fill for question "16.Eligibility category? I know its ©(26) for H4(dependents). I went through that PDF for 765 instructions "Who may file form 765". But its NOT clear as to what is it for H1B workers? Thanks
