  1. so you can apply EAD for your son also? I think H-EAD is only for spouse?
  2. My H4 Ead is going to expire and I'm not working, however to keep my social security number, do i have to renew it? or after if it expire i have to go for ITIN, please help.
  3. I was working for employer A and has my I-140 approved, few months ago i moved to employer B with H1B Valid till 2022. Employer B also has started GC process. In the meantime Employer A revoke H1B and I-140 (as per their process, whoever moved out from them they revoke these). my question is, if I want to go back to employer A does employer A has to start whole GC process again or can they withdraw I-140 revoke request? Please guide.

  6. Yes, employers are supposed to withdraw the H-1B approvals of employees who have left the company., same case of me and i asked my attorney, she said "employers are supposed to withdraw the H-1B approvals of employees who have left the company."
  7. and is the A-number same once I-140 is approved, as this is my second employer and he files GC based on the previous employer i-140? but now he is not sharing I-140 :-(
  8. finally employer share the I-140 receipt and said I-140 is a company document for future employment!!! is receipt number enough to move to different employer and retain the same PD ( it is 11/6/2012)?
