Hi Everyone,
I have downgraded to EB3 last year and got my EAD approved. I am still on my H1b with the same employer and NOT yet used EAD.
I just saw Feb Visa Bulletin and to my surprise EB2 dates have progressed to Jan 2013 where as EB3 is still at Jan 2012.
My PD is Dec 2013.
Q1: Do you anticipate the EB2 dates to further progress in the next few months, making my Dec 2013 PD current?
Q2: If I stay with the same employer, am I eligible to use my EB2 instead of the downgraded EB3 and get the GC? (or) my EB2 is no longer available and I have to just rely on EB3?
Q3: If I switch to a new employer, can I still use my EB2-EAD to get the GC or can I only use EB3 in that case.
