    Dear Experts, Please advice on my case 1Came to USA on H1B in 1998 in company A, changed Company B 2001 (total of 4.5 years on h1b) moved to India 2.Came to USa on L1A in 2005 on company C for one year, 3.Came to USA on L1A in 2010 on Company D for one year 4.Now on H1B (not new h1b) com[any E until 2021 , I 140 in progress. Question : Can I get 1998 or 2001 priority date ?
