Questions on H1B Extension

Hi All,

 

I am soon going to schedule a visa interview for my H1B Ext. I have few below queries on the same

 

1. First of all - My actual rate of pay is more and different compare to my current petition and LCA . Will it be a problem?

2. In one of the sections under DS160 form I should need to provide US contact person details (It should be any of these- US petition/Business Associate/Employer/Wife/Other) . Actually I don't have any colleague who works for my employer in current client location. Is that fine to mention my wife details?? Previously I marked one of my co-employer details but now he moved to different client location.

 

Please help.

1. Higher Pay Rate than LCA should not be a problem. 

2. Anyone in US who can verify your identity including your spouse or employer.
