Can I file a new H1 tranfer whIle the previous transfer is pending

Hi,

My H1 transfer wad filed on 2 July 2015(Regular Processing). I received the reciept on 10th July joined the new compay on the basis of recipt on 17 July.

My case is still showing " Case was revived" message.

Meanwhile I got a very good opportunity in other company B but they cant wait much.

Is it possible to file another H1 tranfer to company B (premium) when the previous tranfer is still pending.

Well, I am not Attorney so don't take my opinion as final but from my experience, one of the Attorney's suggested me to convert ongoing transfer to Premium before filing the next one as chances of getting RFE are more. But again, depends on how much time your new employer can wait.

So does that mean I can apply for a transfer with company B... risk being the new transfer can go to RFE.
