I94 expiring but valid I797

I have H1B stamping with employer 'A' till feb 2016. I moved to employer 'B' and the new 797 is valid till 2017. I traveled to India this year and i showed my new 797 at POE. But still my i94 shows it expires in Feb 2016.

 

So after feb 2016,

 

1) Do i have to leave the country and get the visa stamping? or 

2) Can i renew my i94 in US itself??
