rajeshp Posted October 14, 2015 Report Share Posted October 14, 2015 Hi,I have been working in US from past 1 year.My H1B visa with X employer got approved on July 2014 with COS and I started working from Oct 2014. I Visited India recently for vacation and came back to US.I Got offer with company Y and H1B got approved recently.But when I check the I-94 in the new petition I found that I-94 was not the recent one,but old I-94 which was in Employer X petition.As per my knowledge the old I-94 would have expired when I left to India.Please advice if I have to take any action on this and what are the consequences I need to face.Thanks in advance. jairichi Posted October 14, 2015 Report Share Posted October 14, 2015 Was the H1B with new employer filed before your travel outside US? Employer has to contact USCIS and get it corretced. Link to comment
