My family(Govt employee) is applying for H4

 I have H1 and in US for last 6months. I want my wife to go for interview for H4 in India. Actually, my family is planning to come only for 3months as She is a govt employee and cannot get more than 3months leave. What do you suggest to inform during the interview? To come only for 3 months, Or come for 2 years(till expiry of visa)? 

 

Can you suggest if any other questions might be posed or any documents asked as she is a govt employee?

I have a 7yr old daughter who will be also going for interview with my wife.

 

She wants to attend in Oct.
