Help needed in stamping

My case is: my previous h1b expired last december, and i have changed my employer from A to B. I have got my i797 approved for Employer B.

 

Hi, I have filled and submitted the s160 online, when i tried to schedule interview. I was asked some questions for dropbox eligibility. and it told me that i am eligible.

 

shall i proceed with dropbox or go with interview. I have called the VFS and they asked to follow the instructions provided by system. and i have a confusion in that. please help.

I hope your previous H1B visa is stamped in India.
