H1B Visa stamp and travel

My current H1B Visa stamps expires on Nov 18 , 2015.

 

My employer has already submitted H1B extension which will get approved within next 2-3 months.

 

I am planning to visit india from 1st Oct 2015 to 10th Nov 2015.

 

1) Can I come back without H1-B stamping (extension )on 10th Nov 2015 , if I have valid visa stamp which expires on 18th Nov 2015?

 

2) If My H1B extension starts from 19th Nov 2015 . Can I send documents in Dropbox for H1B extension stamping in Oct 2015 , prior to I197 active - start date 19th Nov 2015 ?

1. Yes, but make sure you show your new I797 while entering otherwise your I94 might be marked until 18th Nov 2015.
