current employer NOT to revoke I-140

Hello All, 

 

I am a Full Time employee with a fortune 100.

 

I am moving to a different company.

 

How would I know if my current employer would revoke or not revoke I-140 ?

Since its a large company with immigration team and policies in place, can we ask them not to revoke.

 

Please help me how to approach this issue.

I140 revocation is employer's wish, you can't do anything here.

You can ask them but if employer's policy is to revoke then nothing can be done.

So, what about my priority date. I really dont care if the current emoployer keeps or revokes the I-140. Will I be still able to take my PD with me even if the I-140 is revoked?
