I'm planning to go for stamping in Mexico. I'm thinking of Tijuana, haven't decided yet. Do we need visitor visa to enter Mexico, if our H1B visa got expired (assuming you are from India) ?

 

Please let me know how good is Nuevo Laredo for stamping.

if your US visa is expired then you need Mexican Tourist visa to enter Mexico.
