Urgent - H-4 EAD - dumb question - first day when i765 can be signed and mailed ?

Hello

USCIS mentions not to apply before the 26th.

 

Call me paranoid, but does that mean that form i765 cannot even be signed or mailed before the 26th ? we cannot put signed date 26th and put it in mail on 23rd, thats would be misrepresentation.

 

We would prefer to sign i with today's date and send it out

if we mail it USPS today (Saturday) it will make it to Phoenix on Tuesday.

Why cut it so close? Sign and send it on the 26th.

You can sign with any date. USCIS will start accepting applications from May 26th.
