AryaD
Recently my perm got approved. Does my skill set mentioned in Job ad and PEM should be 100% matched with my skill set in Experience letter. My employer has mentioned 6 skills in Ad and perm ,but one skill set (i.e technology) is missing in my experience letters even though i have worked on it . At this stage it is tough to get new experience letter from my previous employers. Should it be a problem? please advice. Link to comment

JoeF
If your skill set doesn't match the PERM, then it would indicate that you are not qualified for the job. The employer and his lawyer should have checked all that before filing the PERM. The process has to start over. Link to comment
chakrakr
You have mentioned that you worked on that Technology ... so I am considering there is no fraud involved. Assuming that, you can get a notarized letter from some co-worker of your previous company who can confirm what you have worked on. Check with your attorney. Link to comment
