Still no answer for my PERM case approval or denial

Hi,

 

My PERM was files with priority date of June,13,2013 with case# A-13157-*****.

On Feb,07,2014 I received an audit and on Feb,24,2014 response was filed. 

I see on the internet case like mine with priority date even one month after mine are getting approved. Also I see on the internet case# after mine (for example A-13182-*) are getting approved. So I am very concerned about my case. 

Is there anything wrong? Shall I wait more or ask my lawyer to follow up with Labor department? Generally can lawyer follow up with Labor department?

 

I am really concerned and anxious about my case and really appreciate any help from you.

lawyer can follow up with DOL. Audit cases can take up to 1 yr for processing after audit response.

True, Audit cases do take long time.

Did you get/have a chance to apply for H1-B extension?

 

I am on the same boat, and my extension is done 1 year greater than normal (6+1 years on I797) indicating the case active with USCIS.
