phanicon Posted March 3, 2015 Report Share Posted March 3, 2015 Hi, My husband has an approved I-140 and so I am planning to convert from H1 to H4 EAD as I do not want to continue with my desi employer as he is giving many problems and also to get better opportunities. Please answer the below questions. Is it advisable to convert to H4 EAD? Can I send H1 - H4 COS application and the H4-EAD application to USCIS at the same time? I know they will only process my EAD applciation once my COS got approved Should I stop working after USCIS receives my COS application or until I get my approved COS? Approx how long does COS and H4 EAD processing takes? Link to comment
