rfecase Posted February 26, 2015 Report Share Posted February 26, 2015 My current I94 will expire in 2 months with employer A but I am @ H1 transfer(premium processing) stage with employer B but received RFE yesterday.Donno how long will it take to respond and receive approval, Meanwhile Employer A is asking me to submit for extension! Can anyone please tell me about the risk involved in submitting for extension with A while transfer with B in progress? Link to comment
