saranvisali Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 Hi, I am looking desperately for the answer on my situation....it would be great if anyone can help with the right information. My 1st perm was filed in 5th year of my h1B. That perm was denied and went to balca in the 6th year. But with the pending status i got one extension for 7th year and 8th year. Then in the middle of 7th year i told my company to withdraw the first one and file a new perm. The 2nd perm was filed 365 days prior to 8th year extension end date. Now i am still waiting for the 2nd perm to be approved before my 8th year extn end date. Now i want to know will i be getting my 9th year extension with 2nd perm being pending or should i have to have my perm labor and i140 be approved. I have 3 months left now in my extn and any information would really help. Thanks Link to comment

But the 2nd perm was filed 365 days prior to the extension end date. Now i want to know if i will be getting extensions or should i have to have the labor and I140 approved to continue my stay in US.
