SalinasEmployee Posted February 12, 2015 Report Share Posted February 12, 2015 Hi, My brother who is in India,got H1 filed from a consultancy in Florida in Apr 2014,got the H1 B approved around jun/july 2014 and had the visa stamping appointment scheduled next week at Mumbai. Today,the employer denied to send the project/client letter. The reason he gave was that other 2 folks got RFE at Mumbai embassy and he does not want to take risk and imapct his organisation. Basically he left my brother in a difficult spot. Can my brother still go ahead for stamping? He has all documents except client/project letter Link to comment
