rkumar1 Posted February 2, 2015 Report Share Posted February 2, 2015 At present i'm working for a company A and another company B applied for H1Transfter and it's got approved on Dec 20th with out I94. I changed my decision and continuing working to my old company A. To keep my status active company B is just running paystubs without my knowledge and harrising me to come back otherwise they're going to report to USCIS that i'm illegelly working for both the companies. But my contract has agreement with company A and i never worked for company B not even sent my timesheets to company B. I'm not sure what to do can i continue working with my old company A if yes my old I94 will be active or i have to re-entry country anyway ? Please advice me. Link to comment
jairichi Posted February 2, 2015 Report Share Posted February 2, 2015 As long as your current I797 with employer A has a valid I94 you are fine. Let employer B report to USCIS as nothing is going to happen. Link to comment
